Student Resources

At the Langara RMT Continuing Studies Program, we understand the importance of providing a comprehensive range of services and resources to our students. Langara offers students access to the Langara Student Union, VOLT, Health Services Clinic, Counselling Department, and Student Insurance, which are all available to both domestic and international students.

The Langara Student Union provides a variety of resources, including Ombudperson, Community Cupboard, Bike Repair Shop, Immigration Consulting, Income Tax Filing Services, Health & Dental Plan; along with other student initiatives to promote learning and development. The Hub: VOLT offers opportunities for students to volunteer in their communities. The Library offers the IT Help Desk, rooms to study for both large and small groups, librarians can offer support for research papers, and overall they will encourage students to engage their critical thinking, writing, and research skills. The Health Services Clinic provides medical, nursing, and mental health referrals. Finally, Counselling services are also available on campus to help students with personal, academic, and career matters.
